They had a promotion with Michael doing the first cut , then he'd specially pick a stylist (read that as newbie) for the customer ; two cuts for the price of one . His cut was excellent . The new cut was so-so , and this person later did color with minimal input from Michael . It was not as he suggested , and I don't think she knew what she was doing . She didn't check the color and had to do it over (after a rough blow dry) . It was an ordeal .
