Have used them on installations of my HVAC equipment, but first time I needed servicing from them. Very communicative as appointments opened up earlier than my scheduled time. Tech was very pleasant, and got things fixed very quickly. Price doesn't seem cheap ($109 for first 30 min), but I really have nothing to base it on.
