Charged $94 just to come out. Furnace was noisy but running OK. Tech left and within a few hours furnace didn't work at all. We were very cold that night. Called next morning. They came out in afternoon and charged us another $94. They suggested we fix the motor in the Spring. Will call someone else.

I had complete furnace and a/c unit installation 10 days ago. In the first 5 days, had 3 service calls to fix installation issues. Had a training session and installation service for the wi-fi thermostat, plus some items that were not attended to in the installation. Still waiting for 2 things to be completed. Hoping that I do not have to call to remind them.
