Small business with individual attention. It's clear that Phil cares about your car's condition and not about overservicing your vehicle - I asked for a tire rotation when the maintenance schedule called for it, but he said based on the tire condition, it didn't need it. Never had a mechanic talk me out of a service I requested before!
