Sometimes not all the functions are working. Drying can be an issue depending on our car. Kids guiding car in can be inattentive, causing car wheel to be scratched. Complaint unanswered.

The brushes on the right side barely touched the car and my car is usually still a little dirty after the car wash. I've brought this to their attention and they said they are waiting on some parts to fix it, but that has been over two months.

Recommended
It is an automatic carwash, and it is best to arrive when they first open. Then there isn't a long wait time. The wash is pretty good for a Dr-through car wash. It is a good value for the money.
