The mast on my exterior television antenna had snapped and the antenna fell against the back of my house. Raffi from Minas came out the day after they were contacted and we discussed solutions. As it was January and he was going to need to place a ladder on the slanted kitchen roof to reach the 20-foot peak of the main house where the antenna was mounted, we had to wait a bit for a thaw. When then weather improved and the snow melted, about 10 days later, he came by with his helper to hold and steady the ladder while he climbed up detached the antenna from the broken mast, attached the antenna to the new mast and secured it in place. After he oriented the antenna toward downtown, he waited on the roof, in the cold, while I rescanned my televisions. The price was reasonable, the work done extremely competently and Raffi was a pleasure to work with. Note: Checkbook is showing an incorrect phone number for Minas’ store; it is (773) 764-0726
