We tried to get a price quote from Dykstra. The sales rep wasted so much of our time insisting we spend $3,000 on extra ductwork. None of the other companies we got quotes from said we needed extra ductwork. I told Dykstra I just wanted a quote on the furnace. He never gave me a proper quote but he kept pestering me with calls and texts. Their company is still calling me two months later leaving me voice mail messages. I would never do business with them when they couldn't even give me a simple estimate on a new furnace.
