I should have wrote this company up last year when Chad owned the company. He responded promptly to all calls and fixed everything that needed an adjustment or replacement each time. I miss him already. I called Thursday and spoke with a guy named Bill who now owns the company. We set an appointment time for yesterday at 12:30. Couldn’t be bothered to call or text and let us know he was coming. If you’re looking for a good garage door company, Reach out to Overhead Garage Door in Ingleside and ask for Oscar. He’ll take good care of you. He’s a service tech, not a salesman.
