The receptionist and the PA I visited with were very nice. I went in for a quick Covid test, and got charged for a $513 office visit. It took them two months to file with my insurance. When I finally got an EOB, the amount I owed was different from what they charged me. They don't send you any kind of itemized statement for services rendered. And they don't correct any overcharge after they are paid by your insurance company. I assume they wait to file with your insurance company so that you will never notice that what the eventual EOB says you owe is less than what they charged you on the day of service, and they don't send you any statement because they are cheating the insurance company by claiming for services which they never performed. This company is a shyster outfit, stealing from your insurance company with false billings, and stealing from you by overcharging and not refunding when the insurance company pays them. Of course, there is no one to talk to at "Rapid Immediate Care", who name has changed and whose phone number provided on the cc receipt is a dead number. After 30 min, you will be connected to a call center in India where they will profusely apologize for stealing. I am reporting them to BBB and Medicare for fraud.
