Went to the Ogden Ave location in Naperville 6 times to have glass replaced. They claimed that my computer had "errors" in a brand-new car that has. never been in an accident and I'm the only owner. What's worse, is the store's manager took the liberty of lecturing me about liability several times. The Acura dealership has provided much better service in replacing my windshield. I would never return to this location again and have encouraged my insurance company not to use them for repairs.

The job was done right the first time, although I didn't appreciate the automatic $60 charge for unnecessary windshield wipers. The repairman had to call his boss to get the charge erased. Watch their trickery.
