1. Nursing Staff: knowledgeable about discussing/explaining health status and helping patient to get well. 2. Physical Therapy Staff: knowledgeable about what needs to be done, sensitive to patient's limitations; able to deliver effective treatment. 3. Effective communications with surgeon and general practicioner (family doctor) to flag need for medicines and follow their recommendations.
