I have quite a few wristwatches, one of which is an inexpensive Golana quartz watch. It stopped working. After having the battery replaced at another jeweler I noticed it was not keeping time. It ran very slow. I didn't think a quartz watch could be repaired, but I called Chicago Clock anyway to inquire because I know they service clocks and watches. I spoke to Jay who told me to stop in and he would take a look at it. He discovered that the wrong battery had been installed! After the new battery was installed it has continued to work perfectly. He only charged me for the new battery. I was ready to throw the watch away! I highly recommend Chicago Clock. I will continue to have all my watches serviced there!

Won't go back after being accused of dropping an item they had just fixed. Lasted a whole week. They did not fix it right the first time.
