The service call was to replace a bolt in a spring arm that had broken. The technician and the door operated fine. Then technician proceeded to adjust only one spring and the door then became inoperable. I questioned the technician about the need to adjust the spring and no answer was peov

Professional in all respects. Arrive on time. Analyze problem, never had a problem with any work performed from a total door replacement to a spring replacement to a weather strip replacement. A great father and son operation.
