I requested a repair to the Leaf Filter gutter cover installed on my home. From the date requested to the scheduled service date was approximately 3 to 4 weeks. On the scheduled day, the technician cancelled, but said he would come out first thing the next morning. But he failed to arrive. I called the service department and scheduled another appointment and waited another 2 to 3 weeks, only to be ghosted again. Finally complained to corporate and a technician arrived the next day unannounced. He said the cover was incorrectly installed and removed a section, but did not have a replacement and would return in a day or two. That was three weeks ago and still no return. The product is pricey, but I was lead to believe the product was worth the cost and quality service backed up the product. The service has proved to be worthless.
