These guys are fantastic. The best of the FT franchise studios I've been to. Yes, they want to get their sales, but they won't do so if it's not a good fit. It is expensive, as it's personal training, but it is worth it if you can swing it. They give you all kinds of motivation, treat you as an important customer, not just a number, give you highly individualized service, including workouts, motivation, and nutrition, and they support all sorts of local charity events and drives, that they encourage you to attend or support (5 k's, food drives, and the like). And all the staff are wonderful - and picked with an eye to keeping the quality and general 'mood' of the studio intact.
