The Natick store closed right after we purchased a mattress. Good thing we didn't have a problem, as they never told us. I think there is a store in Dedham. So far so good with the mattress, so we're hoping it lasts for many years as it was very pricey. I do think the store associates try to sell you the most expensive mattress and adjustable base they offer the minute you step into the store. We knew what we wanted and didn't want, so we were able to tell them no thanks when they tried to show us something we didn't want.
