I was disappointed. They were hard to reach, did not always return calls. There was a language barrier. I hired them because they were significantly less expensive than the one we used 8 years ago--mea culpa. Once the work was scheduled, they did show up, but there was an argument about the price. The guy wanted to charge $150 more than we were quoted on the phone--I stood my ground. They did the work. It is okay but not perfect. Some visible drips; edges less than great. I hope to be able to afford a full bath renovation before we need to do this again.
