Jim Haggerty started out great. He installed my electrical induction range, put in new smoke detectors, and installed overhead lighting, and I was happy with everything. Then I asked him to install a new overhead bathroom fan, and he gave me inadequate instructions on how to order the correct one, which cost me time, and the fan needed to be returned. To his credit, he was able to install a new motor for the existing fan. I asked his advice on installing additional overhead lighting for my study, and he gave me bad advice. I wasted around $1,000 on overhead track lighting that gave me hardly anything and now looks amateurish and busy. He then installed a wall light that provides a very cool light inadequate for my needs and quite ugly at night, making the room look like a partially lit cave. He refuses to answer my messages, emails, and phone calls. In the past, after I had contacted him repeatedly to come again, he told me that he had had 2,000 emails and had simply deleted them all. I am stuck with damage to my wall and a horribly ugly light with open wires, and I can't even get him to come to take it away and repair my wall.

Mr. Haggerty and his associate are excellent. They replaced a malfunctioning smoke detector, discontinued the old electrical alarm system and installed a 52 inch ceiling fan with lights and remote control. Their work and recommendations are highly recommended.
