Online lender I found looking for someone else. Their website will give you rates/costs without having to enter any personal info.
Their rates and costs were significantly lower than others I queried, with no "junk" fees and everything was exactly as in the original quote.
Easiest refinance I have ever done. Everything was done over email and via secure signing app. Most of their operation is in Boston but they are licensed in Virginia. I used a local closing agent I selected with no issues.
They were quick to respond to any issues. It was a simple rate/term refinance, so not complicated, but from initial application to closing was less than 3 weeks (and it was 2 weeks from application to "clear to close")
