I fell and broke my arm. I spent several days at Sibley Hospital. The social worker recommended that I have support from a home care agency when I got home. They recommended Corewood Care and a few other agencies. They were the first agency I called and they arranged everything right away. I felt so relieved knowing that I would have help when I got home. My caregiver was absolutely lovely. She helped me shower for the first time since being hospitalized, prepared a delicious meal, made my bed comfortable, and thoughtfully placed everything I needed within reach. I continued receiving help for several weeks and liked my caregiver so much that she still comes a few times a week. I wanted to write this review so others know that if you find yourself in a vulnerable moment like I did, you will absolutely be in good hands with Corewood Care. They are responsive, compassionate, and truly wonderful at what they do.

Corewood Care was truly a lifesaver for us. My husband went through several months of cancer treatment, and their caregivers were kind, patient, and constantly went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. They treated him with such dignity and compassion. The office team was also great. They were always courteous, quick with updates, and easy to reach whenever I had a question or needed to talk. I’m very grateful for everything they did for our family and would recommend Corewood Care without hesitation.

This is a very equivocal recommendation. Our first aide was exceptional. She rescued us from a serious lapse by the nursing home. Unfortunately, the second aide was the opposite. She had no initiative. She did not volunteer to help my driver when he lost his ignition key. She refused my request to look up taxis in her smart phone b/c it wasn't in her contract. She walked off the (4-hour) job after 2 hours, simply b/c the driver's SUV battery died. The office staff was mediocre, at best. There was an inexcusable billing overcharge. My three questions to "Customer Service" (?) or Billing each required 4-5 days and as many as six follow-ups from me to get clear answers
