I recently had four door locks fixed by Jair Kal of Bethesda Locksmith & Alarm. I rate his service as outstanding. Before he came, he asked for a description of the precise problems and close-up photographs of the locks in question, so he could prepare in advance and do the job in a single trip. He tackled each problem with the thorough diagnostic approach of a veteran mechanic. He applied a good old-fashioned work ethic — figure out what the problem is and make the precise correction needed rather than replace at unnecessary expense. Some of our locks are more than 80 years old and almost impossible to find parts for. We are very grateful that we found a locksmith who could perform the job regardless of obstacles, and solve our problems at reasonable cost. We would highly recommend him to solve any lock problem.

Jair repaired a deadbolt lock to my home. He explained what the problem was with the lock and how he would repair it. Jair provided professional, expert service. This is the 1st time I used Bethesda Locksmith and Alarm, I will continue to use them as my locksmith. It's nice knowing who to call for reliable, honest locksmith service.
