Initial contact and diagnostic help were fine with Bill Mitchell. Workers who actually came to complete the contracted work appeared late, were careless with our property, and were not professional in their delivery of services. Mr. Mitchell failed to supervise this poor work crew on two separate occasions. After our experience, but I wish before, I searched for evaluations of the company and found "On 9/17/2013 the business's accreditation from BBB was revoked."
