I was looking to repair or replace a large, badly aged deck. We were also interested in a screened porch. Mark said that the screen porch would greatly increase the cost; I decided it was too much. He then suggested replacing the big deck with a smaller patio at ground level. The subcontractor submitted a design sketch, then (upon my request) a dimensional drawing so I could plan furniture layout. Quick and clear responses to all my email questions. The work was done quickly and the patio looks great. It wasn't in the contract, but the crew even re-graded that part of my yard to alleviate water issues that I had told Mark about. The re-grading seems to be effective, too.

I'd highly recommend Evergreen for a deck or a deck update. They were prompt and did a wonderful job. Real craftsmanship.

They built a very nice screened porch. They aren't the cheapest but they do a lot of screened porches.
