I like their up-front, no-nonsense pricing for fuel and annual AC/Furnace maintenance. They provided service on weekends and nights when my system was needing repairs. I like their royalty plan that covers a lot of parts and labor.

We have used Burtonsville for a number of years now and they are very dependable. If they missed something and needs redoing, which is rare, they make it right. Fuel delivery is dependable and furnace maintenance is good.
