Unfortunately, we can't recommend this firm. While the concepts of the initial architectural design was quite good, quality was not consistent. Thomas Manion was initially pleasant and accommodating, but as surprising design errors that ran counter to industry standards came up and caused considerable rework, his tone and attitude changed. He and some of his team members were unprofessional, rude and occasionally incompetent. Work was not timely and many varied excuses were provided. A clear idea of how the process worked and what design elements needed to be worked out first would have been helpful. This ended up costing much more than it ought to have and was a painful experience.
