Although they are prompt and responsive, with lower oil delivery cost than some other companies, their service technicians have proven to be incompetent, causing more harm than good on our heating system.

Constantly change the arrival time for reasons that they knew about when appointment was booked. Say they are sending the requested service person and someone else shows up. Oil prices higher than everyone else. Just terrible customer service - every time. Service techs have been ok although having to have tech come back within 2 weeks for a repair.
