Unreliable and generally incompetent, and office staff is often nasty and unresponsive. Let me run out of home fuel oil in bitterly cold weather even though I’m guaranteed by their automatic delivery contract never to run out of oil. Can’t wait until my service contract expires so I can dump them. This is the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with.
