I have used this company for the past 5 years. Over the past 2 years, their customer service has become dreadful. Their workers damaged my yard and it took months for them to respond to my emails and calls to finally try to address it (sub optimally). Despite renewing my contract for this year, they have simply failed to come and service my property in any fashion. They are unreliable. I recommend seeking a better more trustworthy company.

As another reviewer has stated the new ownership has driven this very fine company downhill. Overbilling, services not done.... Beware.
