Susan Cook is wonderful and the workers are awesome. Our picket fence was installed in one day in 100 degree temperatures and did a fabulous job.

Tri-County repeatedly failed to follow terms of contract. Contract called for posts to be set in concrete in 36" deep holes. No concrete used. After drawn out complaining, they begrudgingly agreed to reinstall. The first few reinstalled posts were done right, but after I could no long monitor progress onsite, the remainder of the posts were quickly installed with no concrete. Tri-County's business model is to install quickly while you aren't watching and then argue that their non-compliant work is "good enough".
