Gladhill Tractor is now Virginia Maryland Tractor. I took my John Deere lawn tractor in for a rough running engine. I had to return it twice before it worked properly. After paying over $600 for ineffective engine repairs, the final repair was replacement of the engine at Gladhill's expense. The service manager said "it was our fault" with no further explanation.

Knew issue going in. Did repair quickly and delivered riding mower back before the next cut was needed. No surprises, professional service from pickup to repair team to accounting. A great team!
