We had four highly rated companies bid on a new central a/c and gas furnace. RonAir was the only one that said they would run a Manual J calculation - and the gentleman measured all the doors and windows, looked at the insulation in the attic, the shade outside, etc. We weren't sure what exactly we wanted to purchase and asked all four contractors for detailed bids on multiple options. RonAir was the only contractor that actually bid exactly what we asked for. We had some follow-up questions and a last minute minor change request, all of which RonAir handled graciously. As a bonus, without prompting, all of their workers put on shoe covers when inside the house. There was no sales pressure up-selling accessories or for a service contract. Installation was quickly scheduled and done in a day. We are very pleased with the entire experience with RonAir.

Mark came to house at the appointment time exactly and diagnosed the problem within minutes - a bad capacitor - and replaced it with a better one. He also showed me where the reset button was on the outside unit if it should happen again. I highly recommend Ron Air.
