Arrived within a couple of hours to fix my front door lock. Fixed my existing lock on the spot (workshop set up in the back of his panel truck). Didn’t try to sell me a new lock; said I did not need one.

Kind of expensive, but excellent prompt and pleasant service experience twice in two weeks (two different properties) Was easy to get an appointment in Columbia and he was right smack on time for both appointments and left us in great shape when he was done. All the locks have worked great since he repaired them. Cost was about $180 -per visit total, to repair the mechanisms and re-align the two deadbolts (1 each property) so they worked well again. Would definitely use again in a heartbeat!
