They offered free sealcoating within a year but when we called to schedule it, the owner wasn't to eager to do it, saying that the "great" price we got (which was average/not so great) didn't include it. We pushed and he begrudgingly did it. Then, later, the poor workmanship started to show as the asphalt began to break up in a spot. I will not be doing business with them again...ever.
