Germantown Heating and AC installed my furnace over 15 years ago and I have an annual service contract with them. I've been very pleased with the service overall.

The owner visits each prospect and discusses choices and costs. I chose a high end energy efficient and very quiet upgrade to Lennox equipment. Installation was outstanding. Cost was high for everything. 18 months later the outside unit died. to replace the unit, i had to pay for labor. A very high cost. 12 months later another part died. More out of pocket costs for labor. The company is good but apparently the manufacturer manufactures equipment that is short lived. such a disappointment.
