Thanksgiving morning, I realized there was no heat in the house! I called J & K emergency number. Fortunately the emergency repair person arrived in my house within 45 minutes and located the problem, a broken thermostat. Again fortunately, he had a new thermostat in the truck, installed it and the heat was soon back on.
