They were terrible, recommended expensive repairs that were not needed. We used a different contractor who fixed it without any of the costs Parker Pearce said were necessary.

Upsells services and service leases rather than offer and install the product(s) needed. If they mention "Service Experts" and annual maintenance, avoid the "too good to be true" sales pitch. It is.
