While we had used this caterer for a full service dinner for 20 and the food and service were spectacular, we subsequently used them for a bridal shower luncheon. I ordered the food to be delivered and set up by their staff. The food estimated for the group of 35 was over calculated, and we had enormous amounts of food left over. And the presentation of the buffet was just not attractive at all. I learned the hard lesson to only utilize full service from a caterer. I believe that they had a minimum charge and they over estimated the food needed in order to meet the minimum. Unfortunately, I would have been happy to pay the same amount for less food with a more tasteful presentation.
