Stripped (not just cleaned like others we have hired before) semi transparent stain from large deck,fence, sanded the deck (first time this attention to detail lightly sanding whole deck) and re stained as well as cleaned without harsh power washing but hand treating resistant areas a large slate patio before sealing.. Also had a better/cheaper idea for bracing slight deck railing movement than another bid. Slightly more expensive than our other bids but more knowledgeable and open to doing extras. There was a lot of work to be done. My neighbor had recommended them to me.
