The installers were very good, the final product came out well, but the administrative/billing was horrible, probably the worst I have ever experienced and I've worked with many. They submitted multiple charges in excess of invoice, they billed for things they had not discussed with us, they did not do things both my wife and I heard the Sales rep say they would do, and if we had not been home the entire time various aspects of the job would have been done wrong. As is, they had to remove installed cabinets because they were put in wrong, and billed us for more electrical than installed and repeatedly bill us for more cabinets than ordered and the wrong types despite repeated notification they had it wrong. If you use them, get everything in writing. Don't ever take their verbal assurance. And check your bills and credit card charges carefully. Review after review on Yelp, Google, Angie's list, etc. all say much the same. Good installers, lousy sales/managers/business office.
