Brax was asked to review my roof based on an issue I was having. The technician did a free inspection of my roof. He took pictures and went through each picture with me indicating what he saw with an explanation. He did not recommend any work be performed but he did take a caulk gun and applied caulk to areas that looked questionable free of charge. This work differed from another roofer who provided me with high estimates for work they thought was needed. I was very impressed with the technician's complete assessment of our roof, and look forward to working with them again to address any future needs.
