Not Recommended
I recommended this company to my sister for a refinance she was doing for her home. I can’t express how sorry I was to be the one to refer her to such an UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I just thought that since they were on checkbook they should be ok and had a 100% favorable rating but looking back it was only one review..so I take ownership for not doing a more thorough assessment. My sister experienced a lack of returned calls, paperwork received that contained incorrect information and even when she went into office to sign paperwork she still had to insist on corrections that were needed before signing. Her in-office experience left her very uncomfortable, frustrated, and angry at certain comments and condescending the tone in which statements were made. This occurred the middle of last year so don’t exactly remember all the specific details of her encounter. Suffice it to say it left her extremely stressed and frustrated.
