Unless you have a HUGE job for Deco-Systems, don't bother contacting them. They were not interested in a single job for our townhome, and at the outset asked if other neighbors were interested so we could receive a discount. I don't think the group estimate had anything to do with our receiving a discount, but instead was based on creating a larger job for them to make it worthwhile. The group discount estimate they finally sent was $300 higher than the verbal single estimate they provided during their visit. Obviously they didn't want the job, based on the estimate and failure to communicate.
