I visited this urgent care office when it was inconvenient to see the doctor for minor medical issues. Going to the hospital emergency room would require a wait of several hours, so this is a better option to get medical services. You can get most simple medical testing/vaccinations done at the location. Note that if you have a more serious medical situation, it is better to go to the hospital. A possible fracture situation is better to be examined in a hospital emergency room visit, not at an urgent care clinic. It is more suited for minor medical issues like fever, flu, scrapes, simple burns, allergies,

I chose the telehealth option, at the clinic, to speed my visit along. Only downfall to that was the connection wasn’t great, which may have been attributed to my cell phone service.
