We had a driveway, walkway, and carport slab poured in September 2013. In Feb. 2015, we noticed numerous spots on the driveway apron where the concrete was peeling off. We notfied Andrew, the CEO of the company, of the issue. His first response was that it was our fault and that the issue was caused by overuse of deicer without sealing the concrete. When we informed him that deicer was not used, he then argued that it was because of the large amount of deicer put down by county salt trucks. This was also not correct, since the house is on a lightly travelled, not heavily salted side road.

Andrew finally agreed to come out and look at the problem. (Although, we later found out that he did not come, but rather sent someone else and just told us he came out.) A number of appointments were to fix the issue, but cancelled at the last minute. One of the cancellations was weather related. However, heavy thunderstorms were schedlued for the day, so it was a mistake to schedule for that day. In July, a repair crew showed up unannounced, when none was home and started doing a repair. When we found out we had them stop, which left a partial repair that looked like a big white bird poop on the driverway apron. We were irritated that they just showed up and left the driveway looking worse than before the repair. When we inquired about when they would return, Andrew would not respond. We then took the matter to the Better Business Bureau. During the communications with Andrew via the BBB, Andrew insisted that all the repair work and been completed, which either was a lie or an indication that Andrew had no idea about what was going on. Andrew finally agreed to finish the repair, but refused to answer any of our questions about the repair. He indicated that when the repair crew came out, they would have several different types of repair materail to better match the driveway color and that the repair crew would be able to answer any questions. Both complete untruths. They only had one color repair material and could not answer any questions.

While the repair crew was there, we discoverd that the carport slab had a crack. One of the repair crew photographed the crack for Andrew to look at, but we did not hear back from him. We had a professional engineer come look at the driveway and in his professional opinion, the damage to the driveway apron was caused by the concrete being improperly put down and that the entire apron portion should be replaced. It is now September 2015, and we have forwarded the engineer's report to Andrew and are awaiting his response.

Avoid this company!!! We understand that problems arise sometimes, but the way Andrew treated us, his lack of responsiveness, and his mistruths are truly unacceptable. This matter could have been resolved months ago, and we could have been writing a good review.

3 weeks to come out for estimate. Then 2.5 weeks to give estimate. Mixed me up with another, not what I asked for. Other concrete places very responsive. and this was more expensive.
