I would never go with ServPro again. They damaged some of my property and offered no apology, and have demonstrated the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The person assigned to my case told me that they threw irreplaceable things out and then blamed me when I expressed my displeasure. I asked to have another person assigned to my case, and was assured that this would happen, but it never happened. The management is immature, rude, and callous. The pricing is also outrageous. After I told acquaintances who also had had fires that I was working with ServPro, they warned me against it, but it was too late. I would go with a local firm next time. It would be far less expensive and it would be hard to get worse customer service.

Selected by insurance company after a fire. Total lack of responsiveness or information about return of items. Instead of 6-8 week estimate, was 3 months. Many of washable items were returned to faded to use. A wool coat was returned but shape changed and could not be used. Some of the items that could not be returned were misidentified and thus, not properly valued. 4 boxes of paints, art related books and related items were boxed and left untouched. Upon openeing these boxes, there was soot at the bottom, strong odor of smoke, and extensive damge which was never included in damage report for reimbursement. When a small rug that was hung with carpet tack on wall was removed, the carpet tack was also removed. Servpro promised to repalce and rehang rug but has not and will not return calls. It has made an extremely difficult experience more difficuolt and expensive than necessary.
