Highly Recommend —This was the best experience we’ve had in years with a home service provider. We were concerned about cost escalation due to our 54 yo chimney, but, most especially about a very dusty cleanup. Fortunately, Mr, Bryant employs an industrial quality HEPA filtered vacuum to capture the dust and debris. He also discovered our long lost down damper behind the smoke shelf. Monocacy Chimney rebuilt the entire chimney over 30 years ago and installed a new top damper explaining (to the naive new homeowners) it was necessary because the old bottom damper was damaged beyond repair. We plan to have Mr Bryant repair and reinstall the cast iron damper plate at some point. We received a comprehensive written report via email several days later documenting this vital home maintenance task.

Mr. Bryant couldn't do the work as it was too complicated and he was cutting back but he was so kind to come out to view the issue. He also spent time to email his thoughts on the problem. What a very wonderful man.
