Hecox is far and away the best HVAC company I've ever experienced. No one else comes close. And that covers many years in my case. Hecox is superbly managed. Gayle, Eli and Manny are the best, and the entire staff is well trained, responsive, talented, knowledgeable, and friendly. Over the years, I have never seen any Hecox staff member, either a technician or support staff, who did not meet the highest of standards. Moreover, their prices are reasonable. All this is rare, not just for HVAC companies, but among companies in general. I am glad to give Hecox my highest recommendation.

The heat pump in our attic was broken. Hecox arrived to do an estimate but then flatly refused to consider a job in the attic. (No wonder Hecox has a good rating if they only take on the easy jobs.) BTW, the contractor who ended up replacing our heat pump did so efficiently with absolutely no complaints.
