Their web site makes scheduling an appointment easy. Check-in is also a breeze, and the staff are helpful, especially with first-time patients. Wait times have been a few minutes or less. The collecting of blood sample has been painless (well, maybe a slight pinch) with no bruising. I and my physician get the results promptly over the www, and they flag any apparent outliers in the results. I have had the same quality experience with their site in Leisure World.
