Referred to Mr Chacon in fall of 2014 by tree service we use. We decided to purchase from him even though his price was higher than other providers ($315/cord plus $60 to stack). After we agreed we would need a week or so to acquire wood racks, he showed up early an unannounced. He dumped the wood right where we intended to place the racks in spite of my wife telling him not to. Then he tried to charge her more than we had agreed to. The delivery was way short of a full cord. He essentially supplied a little more than a "face cord". When we tried to get him back to make up for the shortage and to stack the wood he complained that he didn't have any help so we asked for repayment of the stacking charge, which he sent promptly.
