This company, owned by hands-on owner Carlos Santos, does sidewalks, curb and gutters, and driveway aprons as a subcontractor for Montgomery County. While in my neighborhood, he replaced and expanded my driveway and walkway at a reasonable price. Carlos is a serious contractor who makes sure that the work is done correctly.
